For every order you can decide between the standard or the express shipping.We use DHL standard (only some EU countries) and UPS standard (others EU countries and extra EU countries) for shipments that are not so urgent, with a balance between speed and affordability. Instead, if you need your order as soon as possible we offer UPS express. Below you will find all our shipping options.
PLEASE NOTE: All the information below regarding shipping times, DO NOT include the time we need to prepare the order for shipping, but only and exclusively the delivery time once the shipment is entrusted to the courier. We will process and prepare orders for shipping within 2 days of receiving them.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW
Custom and import duties are NOT included in the shipping costs, they will be charged once the parcel arrives in the destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. This is out of our control and our responsibility once the order is shipped.
